GENERAL:

• Prices are generally accurate but are subject to increase based on complexity of the character(s). You will always be notified ahead of time if a piece cannot be done within my set price parameters.

• I reserve the right to decline the commission per my discretion.

  • Reasons for rejection can include but are not limited to:  Feeling uncomfortable with client behavior, feel I would not be able to draw the character well, the commission is outside of my accepted themes (hate, fetish ect. (see Wont Do's below for more detail), improper form fill out, delayed response from client, full slots.

• I reserve ownership to all images and the right to post all commissions publicly at my discretion.​

• Minimum resolution range for final images are 2000 x 2000pxl, in 300dpi. If you are needing a higher resolution refer to the add-on listed in pricing. If you are needing printer size art (ex. Posters) please let me know and we can negotiate the price.

• If you are wanting a particular pose for your commission please notate that in the form.

PROCESS:

•  Once the form is filled out and submitted, I will review your commission and if accepted you will receive a quote. This quote will include any questions or clarifications I have as well as the price for the services requested. This is your chance to note anything you did not include in the form or add/ remove anything you forgot.

• Once you have received your quote you will have 5 business days to send back the quote for adjustment or accept the quote as is. If I receive no response after the 5 business days your quote will expire and you will need to start the process over.​​

• As soon as the Quote or updated Quote is approved you will receive an official invoice allowing you to pay through paypal, or google pay.​

• Commissions will be worked from order of acceptance. When it is your turn, you will receive a notification through your preferred contact method that payment is due.​

  • Once you receive this notification you will have 3 business days to send payment.​

  • If payment is not received within the timeframe your invoice will expire and you will need to begin the process over again.

• Once payment is received I will begin on the rough sketch for your commission. 

  • ​If I have not started the sketch a full refund can be given. However, once the sketch has been started no refunds will be offered.​

• When the rough sketch is completed I will send it to you for verification, and will allow for up to 3 minor adjustments if needed (eg. I forgot some items, a expression doesn't look the way you thought, minor posing adjustments, or I missed/ got details wrong from your references).​​

  • If you request major adjustments or need more than 3 minor adjustments additional fees will be charged based on the scale of adjustments.

  • Please note: Fixes and changes are up to my discretion and additional charges will vary.​

  • This will be your only opportunity to note anything I might have missed.

• Although commissions have a certain priority for me, I will not give time-lines or guarantees as to when a piece will be completed. I work commissions when I have free time outside of work and other drawings. If that will be an issue for you then my commissions may not be for you.

WONT DO:​

• ​Depictions of hate: discrimination, racism, fascism, sexist/ sexism, anything against the LGBTQ+ community

• Depictions of hate related violence against another character.

• Fetish: gore, expansion, feet, vore, gluttony, extreme BDSM, scat/ other related things, non-consent, beastiality (actual animals/ creatures that cannot give consent), underage. Subject to more if needed.​

• Mechs/ Mecha/ Machinery

• Fanart/ Celeb-art

• Death

• Probably something else I can't think of right now...

ARTIST RIGHTS AND USAGE:

• I have full rights to the artwork, and may post it, make speedpaints, or stream the process of making it.

• You may not edit the art without permission.

• You may not claim the art as your own. If posting to the internet you must credit me as the artist.

• The artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only unless specifically purchased as commercial use (extra fees apply).

• No refunds will be given for art started or completed.
